Open the Multiplayer menu next to the map picker. A private room gives you an invite link to send; a public room is listed in everyone's menu with its map and player count, so anyone can drop in.

What is Clean Room Skate Online?

It's the open-source Skate 3 Rust and Bevy engine compiled to WebAssembly and WebGPU, so Skate 3's physics, animations and grind rails run in a browser tab. It ships with a clean-room asset pack: every texture, sound and visual mesh is regenerated, and no retail pixels or mesh data are sent to you.

It's a fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by EA. How it's built →

  • Regenerated: all 7,681 textures, each rebuilt from coarse facts (size, a color grid, an alpha outline) plus new detail noise; 27 player sounds; and the visual geometry of every map and the skater.
  • Kept, as facts: collision triangles, grind rails, the skater rig, animations and physics tuning.
  • Not shipped: music, speech and everything else from the disc.
  • Known limits: Downtown, University and Industrial aren't in the web build yet, and web audio is a simple clean-room driver.
