NBA YoungBoy - Full-Body Costume

A fan-made tribute costume that adds NBA YoungBoy to skate. through ReSkate: dreads, black bomber jacket with orange lining and white collar, white tee, gold chain, grey jeans and Jordan 7s.

Install

Install with the Thunderstore Mod Manager (ReSkate community), then pick the costume in the character customizer.

Notes

  • Built with ReSkate Studio on the Isaac Clarke full-body costume layout.
  • The source model's own rig and skin weights were remapped onto the skate. skeleton, including individually rigged fingers.
  • Targets the skate. build recorded in .reskate-studio-patch. If the game updates, the mod may need a rebuild.

  • 3D model: "Youngboy Never Broke Again (NBA Youngboy)" by its original creator (the downloaded model file did not include author or license details).
  • Changes from the original: geometry reduced for in-game use, scaled and fitted to the skate. character skeleton, weights remapped to the skate. rig, neck proportions corrected, clothing layers fixed to stop clipping, textures combined into atlases, converted to a native ReSkate mod.

Install NBA YoungBoy

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for NBA YoungBoy and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
