Roblox Bacon Avatar Costume (ReSkate source package)

A Roblox "bacon hair" avatar look for Skate 4, prepared as ReSkate Studio source files: the costume GLB and a full set of named textures.

Status - please read

Not a compiled game mod. This package holds the ReSkate source (GLB + textures). Import it in ReSkate Studio and export/compile from there.
Not verified in ReSkate or in game. It passes structural checks (see below) and an offline software preview only. Whether it imports, is selectable, and looks right in game is unconfirmed.
Shapes are an approximation: the costume keeps the original vertex layout, so Roblox shapes are shrink-wrapped onto it. Expect rough edges around the hair/head and some ragged geometry.
Face, head and hands belong to the base skater; only clothing/hair-level geometry is replaced.

ReSkate_Source/roblox_avatar_costume.glb - same vertices, triangles, UVs, skin weights and reskateSourceVertices as the original ReSkate costume export; only vertex positions, normals and embedded textures changed.
ReSkate_Source/Textures/ - 34 PNGs named like ReSkate's texture list (e.g. Top - Base color.png = "Top / Base color"). Use "Replace..." per row.

Checks performed

glTF validator: no errors beyond 73 float-rounding values in the skeleton's inverse bind matrices, which are identical in the original costume export. Topology, UVs, weights and vertex-ID lists verified identical to the original.

Modifications

Roblox geometry was used only as a shape and color reference: the ReSkate costume's vertices were moved onto the Roblox avatar's surfaces, and the Roblox texture atlas colors were baked into the costume's own UV layout. Utility maps (normal, mask, Void, Stitches, Graphics) are neutral values.

Install Roblox Bacon Avatar Costume

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
Search for Roblox Bacon Avatar Costume and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.

skatemods doesn't host or review this mod. The download comes straight from Thunderstore. Only install mods you trust, because scripts can run code.
