From the author's README on Thunderstore

A ReSkate Lua plugin: a GoPro-style camera strapped to the nose of the board, looking back at the skater. Works while free-skating. It does not work in the replay editor: ReSkate only applies plugin cameras during the gameplay camera phase.

Toggle: N key, the Nose Cam menu page, or nosecam on|off.
Modes: Raw Action (wide fisheye-style FOV, tight follow, vibration) and Stable Cinema (smoothed, narrower FOV). Switch with the menu or nosecam raw|cinema.
Adjustable: FOV, height, distance, aim height (tilt), smoothing, shake, fakie swap.
Free skate only: for slow motion, record a clip and slow it down in a video editor.

Install Nose Cam

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
Search for Nose Cam and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
