Brown suede STRAYE Logan Puff footwear with cream flames, wide white laces and a tan crepe rubber sole treatment for ReSkate.

Installation

Install through a compatible ReSkate mod manager, or extract the manual-install ZIP into ReSkate's Mods folder. It already contains the FragSavage-Straye_Logan_Puff_Brown_Crepe folder. Inside that folder, layout.toc and Win32 must sit directly beside the package documents.

Launch ReSkate and search Straye in Apparel → Shoes. Keep one installed copy of this Brown Crepe variant. Remove its folder to uninstall.

This package adds a separate wardrobe item. It includes its own runtime assets and does not require the original Straye pack to be installed.

Verification

The native project and FBMOD were compiled. Private resource identities, registration, texture mip chains and compiled resource readbacks were validated. The actual model and authored materials were inspected in technical previews. In-game appearance and runtime behaviour have not yet been confirmed.

The underlying Straye model and rig are retained from the credited port. The crepe sole is an authored colour and surface treatment on that model. The Vans Knu Skool scan supplied during research is not used in this release.

  • conz — existing Straye Logan Puffs ReSkate port, which supplies the Straye model and original materials used as the base.
  • sungod / Skater XL — model attribution and port source as reported by the upstream release. The upstream description expresses uncertainty about the original model attribution.
  • STRAYE product photographs supplied the Brown Crepe colour and material references. A crepe rubber material source was generated with AI assistance, then placed using the model's actual UV layout.

This is an unofficial fan mod. STRAYE names and marks identify the reference footwear; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

Install Straye Logan Puff Brown Crepe

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Straye Logan Puff Brown Crepe and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
