# Paddo Skatepark
**Paddo Skatepark** is a custom ReSkate map created by **JackPeters**.
Featuring a 1:1 recreation of Paddo Skatepark as it appeared around 2021 (before the graffiti!), the map also includes surrounding areas such as Ithaca Pool and the nearby tennis court, packed with DIY obstacles, creative lines, and street spots.
## What's Included
- **1:1 recreation** of Paddo Skatepark as it appeared around 2021, before the graffiti.
- **Night and evening lighting**, with the entire map illuminated for skating after dark.
- **Ithaca Pool**, reimagined as an abandoned, skateable environment with plenty of street spots.
- **Stormwater drain**, a fictional addition connecting the skatepark to the tennis court.
- **DIY tennis court**, filled with custom obstacles and creative skating opportunities.

- **skate. (Steam)**, launched through ReSkate on a supported game build.
- Approximately **0.6 GB** of available disk space.
## Installation
**Thunderstore Mod Manager**
1. Install Paddo Skatepark through your Thunderstore mod manager.
2. Launch the game through ReSkate.
3. Select **PaddoSkatepark** from the map list.
**Manual Installation**
1. Download and extract the mod.
2. Place the files in <ReSkate folder>\\Mods\\paddoskatepark\\.
3. Ensure reskate-levels.json is located directly inside the paddoskatepark folder.
4. Launch the game using ReSkateLauncher.exe.
5. Select **PaddoSkatepark** from the map list.
**Uninstallation:** Delete the paddoskatepark folder.
## Important Notes
- **Lighting:** Set your in-game Lighting Quality to **High or above**. Lower settings may prevent many of the map's lights from functioning correctly.
- **Bugs and glitches:** More fixes and improvements are planned! If you encounter any bugs, please report the location and describe what happened.

Install PaddoSkatepark
You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.
- Open
ReSkateLauncher.exeand go to MODS. - Search for PaddoSkatepark and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
- Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.
Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.
Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
skatemods doesn't host or review this mod. The download comes straight from Thunderstore. Only install mods you trust, because scripts can run code.
