An unofficial fan recreation of the Welcome Skateboards x Bauhaus collaboration for skate. via ReSkate. It includes two deck graphics and a matching grip.

What's included

Item Category Details
Welcome x Bauhaus Mask Deck Still from the 1981 "Mask" video on a black full dip. Black top ply with the Bauhaus logo.
Welcome x Bauhaus Bela Deck Bat artwork with the handwritten "Bela Lugosi's Dead" lyrics on a white full dip. Black top ply with a white rim.
Bauhaus grip Grip Pattern The top-ply Bauhaus logo and "presented by Welcome", printed on the grip.

The decks use the standard popsicle shape. Your trucks, wheels and grip colour stay separately selectable.

Install

  1. Install from the MODS page in the ReSkate launcher, or drag the zip onto that page.
  2. Enable Bauhaus Decks in your mod list and launch the game.
  3. Open board customization. The decks appear under the Collector rarity, and the grip appears under Grip Pattern.

If you install by hand, put the mod folder in ReSkate\Mods. layout.toc and the Win32 folder must sit directly inside that folder, not inside a nested one.

Compatibility

  • Built with ReSkate Studio for the Skate build ReSkate supports (20260929).
  • If skate. or ReSkate moves to a new build, ReSkate leaves this mod out until it has been rebuilt.
  • Works alongside other deck, item and map mods.

Troubleshooting

  • Decks missing: check that the mod is enabled and that ReSkate didn't report a game-build mismatch at launch.
  • Grip logo looks dim: pick a light grip colour.

When reporting a problem, include the mod version, your ReSkate version and a screenshot.

Install Bauhaus Decks

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Bauhaus Decks and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
