Chevy Chase Skate Park brought from Session to skate. through ReSkate, with banks, ledges, rails and room to build lines.

What's included

  • The core park enlarged uniformly by 5%, including visible geometry, collision and spawn.
  • Textured park surfaces and fixed afternoon lighting.
  • Repaired collision joins on ledges and other park features.
  • Metal material assignment for the yellow flat bar.

Installation

Requires a compatible ReSkate installation. Tested with ReSkate 1.1.0.

Through the launcher: once published, find LokiGarage Chevy Chase Skate Park in the ReSkate Launcher's Thunderstore tab and install it.

Manual installation:

  1. Close skate.
  2. Move any older LokiGarage Chevy Chase test version out of the game's Mods folder. Keep a backup outside Mods if wanted; enable only one Chevy Chase version at a time.
  3. Extract this ZIP into <skate folder>/Mods/LokiGarage-Chevy-Chase-Skate-Park/.
  4. Ensure reskate-levels.json and Win32 are directly inside that folder, without another nested package folder.
  5. Start ReSkate and select LokiGarage Chevy Chase Skate Park.

Release notes

Version 1.0.0 uses the same compiled map, textures and collision as the Test03 build approved in gameplay by the LokiGarage tester. Public packaging changes the displayed map name and adds the screenshot thumbnail and documentation.

Lighting is fixed to afternoon; live day/night switching and working night lamps are not included. Some source foliage and decorative decals are omitted. Source surfaces without a usable material binding use recovered concrete. A previously reported wallie-clearance issue has not been independently confirmed resolved; this release preserves the geometry from the approved build.

  • Original Session map creators — CCSesion, supplied as Chevy chase.rar in the installed Lucas/CCSESION collection. This source label is retained for attribution; a definitive original author listing was not included in the recovered metadata.
  • LokiGarage — ReSkate adaptation, scale adjustment, collision refinements, gameplay testing and screenshot.
  • ReSkate team — ReSkate and ReSkate Studio tools.

Original asset credits remain with their creators. This package does not assign a new license to third-party assets.

Install LokiGarage Chevy Chase Skate Park

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for LokiGarage Chevy Chase Skate Park and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
