KASSO FEST: Skate & Sound

KASSO FEST, the skate-and-music festival on a downtown Long Beach building lot, rebuilt as a skateable map. All four courses follow the real event, laid out and sized from the broadcast footage and course graphics. The lot is sand, as it was at the event, so stay on the courses for speed.

Courses

1. Long Beach Downhill (lime, 689 ft)
   • Drop in off the two-step roll-in on top of the stage building and ride the raised lime lane west through three torii.
   • A banked corner takes you down the sand bank and over the pink volcano with its summit rail.
   • Carve the two big triangle banks at the end of the U. The spiky inflatable stars on them are solid.
   • Ollie the purple circles (small, big, big, small), then ride through three more torii.
   • Round the banked last corner onto the pink deck, drop down the pink ramp and kick onto the stage.
2. RailCoaster (pink, 85 ft)
   • Roll down the pink run-in on the start platform and lock onto the rail.
   • A double kink, a round hump, then S-bends over the pool to the goal deck.
   • It's a true rail: a steel tube on pink and navy sign panels, standing on black columns in the water.
3. Grasshopper (cyan, 82 ft)
   • From the start platform, hop down a zig-zag of targets on single posts.
   • Two pink circles, two green ovals, then three small purple pads to the goal deck.
   • The goal deck meets the Million Jump landing.
4. Million Jump LB (purple, 174 ft, the final stage)
   • Start where the Downhill ends, on the pink deck, and kick onto the stage.
   • Ride the green block with a rail across the stage, then drop down the green downhill into the kicker.
   • Fly over the pink arrow wall between the green towers and land on the raised black goal deck.

The festival

• Main Stage with an LED wall, a truss and the giant KASSO board on the roof, plus a crowd lawn out front.
• Host tower, a judges' stand and a media platform between the courses.
• GA Area with the giant KASSO letters to ride, between speaker towers, by the main gate.
• VIP Zone with a plank deck and grindable steel edges, the VIP Bar, the Bar Tent, a sponsor booth, a food booth and the KASSO EATS trailer.
• KASSO House with a mini ramp out front.
• Sand slopes up to street level at both ends of the lot.
• Downtown Long Beach all round: streets, walk-ups, offices and glass towers, with the game's own traffic and festival-goers.
• Floodlights and coloured stage washes after dark.
• Fast travel to the gate, every course start, the stage and the KASSO House. Every stop faces its course.
• A poster-style loading screen and a labelled pause map.

You spawn just inside the main gate, facing the stage.
