Obsession Grip Cutout

An elegant griptape cutout mod for ReSkate featuring flowing cursive typography that spells out "Obsession".

Features

  • High-contrast script typography mask

  • Exposes the underlying deck surface/wood ply through the cutout

  • Clean, minimalist aesthetic for custom board builds

  • Fully compatible with ReSkate Mod Manager

Installation

  1. Download and extract the mod archive.

  2. Place the extracted folder into your ReSkate/Mods directory.

  3. Launch ReSkate, enable the mod in the Mod Manager, and apply the grip cutout in-game!

Install Obsession Griptape

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Obsession Griptape and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
