From the author's README on Thunderstore

Custom UI for The Spot's ReSkate servers. It only does anything while you're on one of our servers, and turns itself on there (type /ui off in game for the old card menus).

What you get

/menu: news, point shop (preview titles on your name), players, warps, settings, rules and help
Casino: live roulette, coinflip games and blackjack tables, plus solo games, with your wins and losses tracked
Event overlay: time left, live top 5 and the countdown at the end
Death race HUD
Info HUD in the bottom right (/hud to toggle)
Popups for bonuses, and on-screen notes instead of server chat spam
Halloween: pumpkin hunt and candy shop
Full controller support, with Xbox or PlayStation buttons shown

Install TheSpotOverlay

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
Search for TheSpotOverlay and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.

skatemods doesn't host or review this mod. The download comes straight from Thunderstore. Only install mods you trust, because scripts can run code.
