This isn't the current version. The launcher updates itself when it starts; the changelog starts with the newest release.
- Server: resized body parts are off unless a server allows them
- Server: limit how far a mod may resize part of a skater for other players
- Player distance and nametag settings; far players sent less and more coarsely; profiler addresses
- Server: the nearest players always at the full rate; whole states once a minute; relay routes in net
