Adds seven independently selectable shaped Welcome boards: Son of Boline, Sphynx, Baculus 2.0, Dark Lord, Crossbone, Moontrimmer 2.0, and Slappy Slap.

Install this ZIP using ReSkateLauncher's Install .zip button. Enable the installed pack, then launch skate. Changes apply on the next game launch.

For both Welcome and Caballero boards, use Welcome_Caballero_Boards.zip. It already contains the same items as the two standalone board ZIPs. Use the combined pack on its own for those boards to avoid duplicate registration overrides. The standalone packages are alternatives for players who want only one brand.
Select a board in the board wardrobe. Each item has its own riding mesh and six LODs. This repaired pack avoids the old shared stock-deck replacement and corrects the 15 malformed serialized resource IDs.
Credits
Official graphics and brand: Welcome Skateboards. Individual source/product and creator records are in Sources.json. The native board shapes are photo-traced approximations; stock donor kick, concave, rig, trucks and physics are retained.
Artwork and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Downloaded source art is not evidence of redistribution permission; no such permission was established during local authoring.
Testing and icon
Fresh native compilation passed. Board resources match the Welcome portion of the combined pack used in game by Gordon. A separate gameplay session for this extracted standalone pack was not performed during packaging. The icon crops existing Studio captures and is not AI-generated.
Shape isolation and grip
Regular popsicle boards keep their normal shape. Only this pack's own Welcome/Caballero deck entries use shaped models. Keep older Local_Welcome_*_Review individual shape tests, WideDeck12 and Cruiser_Deck_Shape disabled; those alter shared geometry. Use only one overlapping board pack. Gordon confirmed the repaired setup works in game.
Install Welcome Boards
You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.
- Open
ReSkateLauncher.exeand go to MODS. - Search for Welcome Boards and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
- Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.
Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.
Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
