Darth Vader from Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) as a full-body costume for ReSkate: helmet, chest armour, shoulder armour, chest box, belt, gloves and cape.

Install

Install with the ReSkate launcher's mod manager (or drop the folder into Skate\Mods\), then pick Darth Vader under Apparel > Costumes.

Requirements

ReSkate for skate. game build 25414733. Rebuilt when the game updates.

Multiplayer

Other players see Vader only if they have this mod installed too.

Known limits

  • No lightsaber.
  • The cape is skinned to the body, not simulated cloth.
  • Uses the stock Mousie costume's texture slots: while this mod is installed, the Mousie costume shows Vader's textures.
  • Works alongside Luke Skywalker (getpwned); the two use different texture slots.

1.0.0 package correction

Removed an inherited Mousie/Ratty Patty logo overlay that showed orange and white on Vader's torso. Geometry, skinning and Vader textures are unchanged.

Install Darth Vader

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Darth Vader and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
