Map by burnt. Originally made for Skater XL. This is a port to skate. (ReSkate) only; all credit for the map goes to burnt.

How to load

Pause menu -> custom stuff tab -> custom maps -> Bust or Bail.

What's in the port

  • Spawn at the original map's spawn point
  • Bus stops Spawn 1 - Spawn 7 around the main spots
  • Grind rails and ledges from the original splines, cleaned up so rails lock into 50-50s (no lumps at the bends, no floating rails, no invisible helper bars)
  • Streams in 200 m sections with a light far view, so it runs on mid-range PCs

Notes

  • Built with ReSkate Studio 1.0.0.
  • If something doesn't grind or you fall through somewhere, report where (nearest Spawn stop helps).

Install Bust or Bail

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Bust or Bail and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
