Install
Extract the FTP_Deck_Ghost_Knife folder into your ReSkate mods folder:
<ReSkate>\Mods\FTP_Deck_Ghost_Knife\
The default location is:
C:\Games\Skate\Mods\
Launch ReSkate and the mod is picked up automatically. Equip it from the character's skateboard slot.
If it does not show up, open the Mods tab in ReSkate Studio and make sure FTP_Deck_Ghost_Knife is ticked in the load order.
Uninstall
Delete the FTP_Deck_Ghost_Knife folder from Mods\ and relaunch.
Notes
Built with ReSkate Studio from the native deck_gen_graphic_00005 cosmetic. Only the base colour texture is replaced - the deck shape, trucks, wheels and grip tape are the game's own.
The graphic is flat artwork, so the normal and occlusion maps are left as the game's flat placeholders. There is no relief to describe, and replacing them only risks the print being shaded over.
The deck's colour texture is 512px wide, which is what the game ships for this item, so the artwork is somewhat softer than the source.
Install FTP Deck Ghost Knife
You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.
- Open
ReSkateLauncher.exeand go to MODS. - Search for FTP Deck Ghost Knife and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
- Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.
Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.
Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
