From the author's README on Thunderstore

74 Primitive Skateboarding anime collab boards for ReSkate, one deck per graphic: Dragon Ball Z (6), Dragon Ball Super (9), Naruto Shippuden (23), Sailor Moon (4), My Hero Academia (9), Demon Slayer (8), Jujutsu Kaisen (6), Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (2) and Attack on Titan (7).

They're all real decks from Primitive's licensed anime drops, taken from the product images. deck_sheet.png in the download shows every deck with its name. In game they're listed as "Primitive x (series) - (name)".

These are graphics only. They go on the normal popsicle shape and don't touch your trucks, wheels or grip.

Heads up: the 1024-deck limit

ReSkate's deck menu stops working when more than 1024 decks are installed (every board shows a blank warning sign and the search bar disappears). The base game already has 339 decks, so about 685 mod decks fit in total. This pack adds 74. If your board menu breaks after adding it, switch some deck packs off.

Install

Easiest: open the ReSkate launcher, go to MODS, and install it from Thunderstore, or drag the zip onto the MODS page. Turn it on and start the game. The decks are under Customize > Board > Deck.

Manual: make a new folder inside the Mods folder next to Skate.exe (e.g. MysteriousMagexX-Primitive_Anime_Collection) and unzip everything into it. layout.toc and the Win32 folder need to sit directly inside that folder, not one level down. Then enable it in the launcher.

It's a finished mod, not a Studio project, so don't load it through ReSkate Studio. Built for ReSkate 2.0.7; if ReSkate moves to a newer game build it will need a rebuild.

Install Primitive Anime Collection

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Primitive Anime Collection and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.

skatemods doesn't host or review this mod. The download comes straight from Thunderstore. Only install mods you trust, because scripts can run code.
