Niko Bellic (GTA IV)
Niko Bellic from Grand Theft Auto IV as a full-body costume for skate., running on ReSkate.
Shows up in Apparel → Costumes as niko bellic.
Version 1.0.0
- Full Niko model with his own textures: jacket, track top, trousers, boots, face, hair and hands.
- Rigged to the skate. skeleton: arms fitted to skate.'s arm bones, and every finger, thumbs included, laid along its own skate. finger bones, so hands open, reach, grip and curl naturally.
- Head and neck move cleanly when he looks down or turns, with no stretched skin behind the ears.
- Trousers use the same knee and hip helper bones as skate.'s own track pants, with extra geometry so they fold at the knee, and smooth weights so they don't stretch in deep bends and twists.
- Plain surfaces for skin, hair and boots (no fabric pattern on the face or hands).
- The whole skater body is hidden, so nothing pokes through.
- Built on its own costume template (Mousie, with its sounds and costume effects removed)
Known limitations
- During very deep crouches the back of the thigh and the calf overlap, so the white trouser stripe can be seen cutting into the lower leg. The jacket hem can also clip into the thighs when kneeling. Clothing in skate moves with the skeleton only and does not collide with itself, so this can't be fully removed (it has been reduced as far as possible: denser trousers, and the same knee and hip helper bones as skate.'s own track pants).
