Oversized matte charcoal hoodie with sparse flecks and the original cracked, marbled off-white Tearrist chest logo. Hood down, kangaroo pocket, and unprinted back and sleeves.

Adds one separate selectable top with its own menu and large item thumbnails.

Version 1.0.1

Corrects skinning in the distant mesh levels, LODs 3–5. These levels previously used procedural bones that the donor disables at that distance. The affected weights now use bones active at those LODs.

This addresses an identified skinning mismatch that could cause deformation when the hoodie is shown on a distant or remote player. LODs 0–2, the close-up model, textures, original chest artwork, and item identity are preserved.

Requirements

  • Your own Steam copy of skate.
  • ReSkate compatible with Steam build 25414733, with matching game files.

Install or update

  1. Open Mod Manager in the official ReSkate launcher and choose Install .zip.
  2. Select the version 1.0.1 ZIP. Keep only one version of this hoodie enabled.
  3. Enable the mod, launch through ReSkate, and equip the Tearrist hoodie from tops.

The package retains the Tearrist_Washed_Hoodie identity so it can be published as an update to the same Thunderstore listing.

Validation

The release includes an offline validation summary covering the LOD correction, preserved artwork, native thumbnails, and compiled package. The final compiler and packaging checks must pass before this archive is produced.

Gameplay and multiplayer confirmation of this revision are still pending. Offline checks do not simulate every game animation, body type, or remote-player update. Cloth physics and secondary movement are not claimed as verified.

Item and artwork

Existing artwork and previews are reused unchanged because this correction affects only distant-LOD skinning. Built with ReSkate Studio. A game update may require rebuilding the mod.

Install Tearrist Washed Hoodie

You need ReSkate and your own copy of skate. on Steam.

  1. Open ReSkateLauncher.exe and go to MODS.
  2. Search for Tearrist Washed Hoodie and click install. The launcher also installs anything it depends on.
  3. Press PLAY. In game, the MODS tab of the ReSkate menu (Insert) turns it on and off.

Or install it by hand: download the .zip and drop it on the launcher window, or unzip it into its own folder in Mods\ beside Skate.exe.

Maps show up in the ReSkate menu's level list. To join a server running a custom map, you need the same map installed. If the game won't load after installing, see known issues.
